1. In case of any international financial crisis which can effect trading and transaction such as; wars, cyber attack, pandemic, virus attack and or Internet disconnection the company bears no responsibility or liabilities toward the investors until the crisis is over.
2. In case of cyber attack or Internet hacking which can disrupt the trading, the contractual agreement between company and the investors will be suspended for the duration of disruption and the investors can not have any financial claims against the company.
3. Due to Company’s activities in Forex financial market which involves risks, the company bears no responsibility for the investor’s financial loss.
4. In case of any serious violation or infringement by the investors, the Company has the right to close their account and suspends their activities and bears no financial liabilities or responsibility towards the investors.
